So how does that work, such a room training with Beams?
We'll list it for you. A typical training session at a club that works with X-Skills looks like this (when 2 fields are available):
π On the first field: 30 minutes of skills & challenges
Players will work in small groups with 5 different challenges. Through visual feedback from the lighting system, the game element and the points system, players are challenged to improve themselves β with lots of repetition without getting boring.
βοΈ On the second field: 30 minutes of game play
After the technical part, the teams move to the other field for a 30-minute game form. Meanwhile, the following groups are joining the challenge circuit (advantage: no time spent setting up and breaking down exercises!). This way, you can rotate efficiently and players receive both technical training and gaming experience within one session.
ποΈ βThe kids are so fanatical that they barely know how many repetitions they do. And as a trainer, I have my hands free to really coach.β
