New members? Recruit them with X-Skills!

More and more clubs are struggling with the high barriers that prevent potential new members from joining: permanent membership, permanent teams, fixed match days with many obligations, mandatory training sessions, contributions... It can be quite exciting for children (and parents) to get into something “full” right away.

What if we make that easier?!

At X-Skills, we believe in accessible and flexible sports.

We help clubs create entry points that are accessible, fun and informal. This way, you can introduce new members to the club in a playful way — without them being directly tied to anything.

How does that work?

  • Go to where the youth is
We set up X-Skills challenges at schools, sports days, community squares or local events. This way, you can reach children who would otherwise not come to the club quickly. They receive a personal Skills tag (bracelet) that allows them to see their scores immediately.
  • Follow up on your club
Via the Skills tag, children can then go to open X-Skills training courses at your club. No mandatory membership, but flexible entry points where they can train with friends and girlfriends.
  • Make it fun and personal
The interactive exercises with the Beams are accessible to everyone, even children who have no experience yet. With their Skills tag, they immediately see their progress and challenges. This creates a playful element of competition, but without pressure: children can challenge themselves at their own level.

Why does this work?

Low threshold, wide range.
Children don't have to become members right away. First, they can experience how much fun it is to train at your club.

Playful and modern.
The combination of gamification, technology and fun makes children enthusiastic, even those who may not immediately be a “team athlete”.

Easy to organize.
With the Beams and X-Skills exercises, you can set up a circuit in no time. You only need a few supervisors to keep everything on track.

From separate training courses to new members

Experience shows: as soon as children experience how fun and varied it can be, they want to come more often. Parents see that their child is having fun, and that's how the step towards a regular membership grows naturally.

In short:
With X-Skills, you can turn a trial training into an experience. This is how you attract new children, lower the threshold, and at the same time build a modern, flexible and hospitable club culture.
