The setup was simple but effective: a circuit of five exercises, spread over an hour. In small groups, the girls made 2 to 3 attempts each time and then alternated. No Skill Tags were in use yet; the children simply kept track of their scores themselves. Nevertheless, this immediately resulted in a lot of focus and healthy competition.
What stood out: the children were able to completely independent get started. The light signals and the app provided enough direction. This gave the trainer space to walk around, give tips and give personal feedback instead of explaining exercises all the time.

A concrete example of how X-Skills can turn regular training into a session full of energy and progression.
